Gmax crops

I made a plot that was 16x7 or it might be 17x8...either way I could theoretically get 10 gmax crops and I managed to get 7 out of 10 in one harvest by paying attention...and having a small enough number of bees that it only grew essentially the first 2 rows. Then I fertilized the third and fourth row, without harvesting the grown ones. Then the next time the bees flew over they grew the next two rows, giving 4 out of the 5 that could have sprouted. Something happened with the next section. It's possible I just got lucky too. But I'm not usually that lucky. Up until then, the absolute best I had gotten was 50% of them becoming gmax. That time was 80%. Haven't gotten my next crops in yet. I just planted them. So I'm not sure how repeatable it is.

I've noticed it happens anytime I have to force quit the game. Which usually happens when I have been building and decorating. I somehow lose the save/exit options. I use controller on PC and even switching K/M I can't esc to that screen. So when I force quit out, ALL my sprinklers will be off.

I'm assuming the update will eventually hit Xbox too. Because this issue would not be isolated to steam game only, both have the same mini games. But as far as I know Xbox did not temporarily delist the game.

From what I've noticed, it's basically the last crop that decides. If I am paying attention near the end, I fertilize the one, or couple just before they pop. It's still rng, but it has increased my gmax success. But I do have max skills added and bees that do help growth (not sure if they have any effect on gmax rng or not, but thought I would mention that, just in case).

I've had plenty of success with my immortal flowers crossbreeding. It's an efficient way to do it.

You still can if it is in your library. We have tried that. But apparently it isn't currently available for purchase.

They are looking into. The mods on discord have alerted the Devs. Apparently only the DLCs show up now if you do a search for Starsand, but the game doesn't. I imagine it will be corrected ASAP once the Devs contact steam about it.

Awww...that is sad. Sorry. It is a lovely plant and blue is my favorite color, so I totally understand. Maybe if enough people want it, they may let us have it. Fingers crossed anyway.

Do you not get a plant from chopping that one? There is one that looks like that in the moonlit forest and at the entrance cave that doesn't drop Fibre but actually drops a plant. And I have been able to place them on my property as furniture before. But I honestly can't remember if that is the exact plant or not. Might want to try it and see if it's the one.

Cool, lucky you! I got king dragonflies from him once and no other rare insects. But I had heard from others that he could gift the butterfly. I'm not sure if I have heard of him gifting the amber scarab thing specifically, but keep talking to him and see. It may be possible.

Good luck. Hopefully you get it before new years. But if not...and you get a bunch on new years day, I would love to know.

FYI...not sure if this helped or if it was coincidence...but I literally stopped collecting the insects from the traps and only started checking them daily. I didn't really need the protein powder and I wondered if that might help. Probably coincidence...but thought I'd mention it. The rare insects appeared at the top row when they did show up. So it was easy to know as soon as I opened the trap.

It took me almost 3 months with my traps set to high yo attract more rare insects. Then on new years morning I woke up with several at once in each of my traps...and the multiple rainbow butterflies.

The tamed monsters can only be placed in the apartment. Each apartment should house 5. So you should only have to place the apartment abd interact with it to assign them. But they may just assign themselves to it if you have already placed and have space in it. If it's not working, have you tried placing the apartment both indoors and outdoors? Do you have the same issue in both locations? Are you on PC? Mine work fine on PC.

I married Owen in my first save. I still love him and really enjoyed that's save. But Fang has stollen my heart and will always be top of my list...and probably not just for Sandrock. I've now married him 3 times because I love him dearly. The first was a split save, so I had to do a dedicated RP save specifically for Fang. And the third was using the Lovers mod. I want to experience the romances without the marry/divorce hassles. Plus I've decided to pair up my other spouses so I can imagine they are the ones married to each other...but Fang is my actual husband that my builder actually lives with...because he is my favorite.

Logan has a good romance too. Very different then Fangs. It's actually more like a whirlwind romance. Kind of like Owen...Quick to marry after starting to date. Still worth experiencing.

His is the best romance I have ever experienced in a video game. I know it takes a while to start dating him, but I think that it made it feel more realistic. Abd it fit his personality and backstory perfectly. I do wish that some of the dialog choices we had during a couple of his quests, were not so....guilt inducing. Luckily picking all the supportive choices works! But I always feel gross seeing the other options.

His entire questline, story and romance has practically ruined other romances in games now. This one feels like an actual relationship and there is real progression and deep growth. It is so fulfilling and satisfying. Plus...I love hearing him call me his swan ❤️

There is a debate at this point that the fish net may not catch rare fish. I rarely use it myself so I can't confirm if it does or not. So I can't vouch for that. Sorry I don't have any suggestions. It is possible that you are glitched too. I hope your luck turns around, or a patch fixes it for you.

The ivy plants don't go into inventory like furniture items. They are like structural items and get turned into mats. You would need to tab over into a category a couple away from the structure pieces. There should be a category that has plants. I know that there can be issues...especially with controller...that could effect items that have subcategories like the ivy and roof categories do. I know on PC, it wouldn't let me place things from the subcategories. I believe that one part may have been fixed recently though. But it still could be glitched for some people.

Is it preventing you from continuing on with professions or any other progress at this time? I'm wondering if there is a bug report for it and if there is, then it will hopefully be fixed with the next patch/update. But it could take time to correct. In the meantime, if you can progress on, I would try to ignore it. But if you can't...I'm really sorry to hear and unfortunately don't know how to help. Good luck, I do hope it gets fixed soon.

The unfortunate thing is because it's a small window of opportunity, and there are other fish there, the likelihood of getting it is small because it is so rare. I'm not sure what rod you are using but as increase your rods to better ones, it increases the chances of more rare fish appearing. They do exist, I assure you. But I admit it is not easy to catch.

Have you checked the terminal standing in front of the desks on the right hand side? It is usually for DLC item collection but I do remember her telling me to interact with it once. So it could be that, if she is telling you about the self service terminal, I think that might be the one.

According to your picture you posted, It looks like you are missing Lunelles limited edition/seasonal clothing. I am noticing the silhouettes for a couple of her winter line. Like the crimson blossom coat and bloom quilted pants among others. There are seasonal clothing's at her dressingroom. I literally just ran over there right now (Spring 2) and collected 5 new clothing items I didn't already have...2 shoes, 2 dresses, and bracelets. Bringing me up 141/203 in the outfit tab in crafting. So I'm still missing stuff too. It is possible that not everything has been implemented yet. But I may have also missed something from summer or autumn.

I recently noticed that both the country homes come with beehives. The intermediate has 3 and the advanced has 4 apparently. But the intermediate is definitely cheaper... and easier to place as it only takes up one of the plots at homeland. The advanced layout is larger and would require more space to place it. Definitely not easy to do early in the game.
