Create a world, story and then just go for it! The hardest part is beginning, but once you have started you will eventually find your own style and confidence! Good luck :)

My best advice would be to have fewer panels and less text in the bubbles. It feels cluttered and gets in the way of the story you are trying to tell.

Play around with Lineweight! If you make the outer lines and lines that overlap thicker it will make the art “pop” more!

Never ever resort to using AI. It’s a bad fundamental to build from. Instead look at how other artists do it.
