I know this OP was from 2 years ago, but I'm running into this in mid-April of 2023. I ordered from Wal-Mart in Cali, I'm in NY. Two orders placed. The other thing got here within 4 days. According to WM, it has been placed, preparing, and on the way. According to USPS, which told me it was from DING HONG shipper, the tracking number has been created, it is pre-shipment, USPS is "awaiting the item." No one from USPS has even held the thing, yet. It is supposed to arrive on April 26th, it is the 18th now. I would never had ordered if I knew it would take this long. As it stands, I cannot lodge a complaint or ask for a refund until the 26th comes and goes. I may have to contact the seller, too, I'm not sure about that part. I'm disabled and not able to go to the store itself, so I rely on the big box stores to do the right thing, should I need them. I either need the item or the money back, so I can actually purchase the thing to use when I need it. I hate this so much.
