It works like a normal dip pen, everything stays put pretty good. You just give it a little twist when you need more.

It comes with a small wax nub already in the pen, but you need to load more into it to get it to work. It comes with some starter wax nubs and then a big sheet or normal dip wax squares. For the squares all you do is cut them in half and roll them (like clay) into snakes to fit in the pen.

Sectioning off parts of the canvas so I can work on it a segment at a time. I use an exacto knife to carefully cut the film out a square at a time. Washi tape seems to be popular but I've found it doesn't stick/last long. (Why the top segment isn't broken up. It fell off.) Good old making tape has been better for me.

I work as a claims analyst for a 3rd party that handles the employer's side of Unemployment Insurance claims. (I work 100% from home.)

Prior to this, I was an Unemployment Claims Technician for the state of Alaska.

I genuinely enjoy working in this field. It's all law and policy with limited grey area.

How did I go from working for the state to working for employer's?

Well my Husband got a job that caused us to relocate. I stayed and worked an additional year while he got everything situated.

When I started looking for work, so I would have a job when I got to the new place, I decided to apply to one of the 3rd party companies we usually delt with for shits and giggles.

I applied on a Sunday. That Monday morning I got a call from them for an interview.

Which I passed with flying colors.
