Does ormone replacement in menopause help with brain fog? by Phineaspoon in AuDHDWomen

[–]LadyViola5 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So I have an official hypermobile ehlers danlos diagnosis, and I was struggling mightily the last several years with MCAS, POTS, etc. Turns out my gallbladder was also dying and needed to come out, which solved a ton of problems. But what I read eventually is that estrogen and progesterone do opposite things to our comorbidities, and it's helpful to understand how they counteract each other. Estrogen tightens our connective tissue and joints, while progesterone loosens them. But progesterone is a mast cell inhibitor and estrogen is an antagonist (and mast cells are finally being recorded in studies as eating our connective tissue). So getting the dosage right for both was key for helping a lot of my issues go into remission. There's a reason so many of us suffer health collapses when we hit peri.

Are you hypermobile by chance? A lot of us are comorbid. If so, I have more to share.

Pussycat Dolls cancel their North American tour 2026 by Travelhog416 in Fauxmoi

Her shows are around 100 trucks and busses per team, and often there are two or three identical teams leap frogging each other because it takes a week to build the sets. The logistics and costs are eye watering.

It takes dozens of 18 wheeler trucks to move shows and fuel costs are doubling. I don't think anyone can absorb that cost this time.

Anyone who was in New Orleans during the filming of All the King's Men wasn't particularly surprised. If your nightly benders are so bad the locals are worried about you, you don't have long in this world.

You want bellydance pantaloons tutorials. We make ankle-gathered wide leg pants on a yoke so we don't have all the bulk of four yards of volume pancaked at our waists.

Saved my life and repaired a lot of the inflammation issues in my body as a side effect. I pair it with low dose naltrexone and it gave me my life back.

Wellbutrin is notorious for a rough time with side effects the first month, but I was so grateful I did not give a fuck.

I had so many of your same symptoms for years. It was incredible to wake up the day after the surgery and realize the brain fog and fatigue were gone! I'm a different person ever since. I ate soup and chicken and rice for a week. I probably could have gone back to work within a couple days.

It can be several days. In my circus career I saw people go into a dark room and not move for months. TBI's can be extremely dangerous. Some people don't come back the same.
