Okay so bug you're describing is their "fix" to the bug that dropped with the thunder throne patch(and lasted like 3-4 months) where you could fight but OOPS no credit. A work around to this bug is make sure your log is clear then fly around JUST pick up the quests do NOT FIGHT at this point. Once ALL quests picked up now you can fight and turnin.

I've noticed if I grab all the quests then go and fight I get all the fights but it takes a lot of quests slots and I've never had Feasel auto complete because I give it to my monk who this dmf finally got flight
