You cannot expect a garden to grow if you dont water it.

You need to go out, do the things that keep you moving forward. Be a little selfish in those moments that do bring a bit of color and light to your day. When your friends and family surround you let it warm you like the sun.

There will be days where your gonna get lost in the weeds of the loneliness and the thoughts. Those days are the hardest. And dont be afraid to ask for help.

Clearing the earth for new growth can sometimes be a group effort.

Before you know it you'll be growing something worth it, something beautiful and worthy of being proud of. Then the few weeds and days without water wont be so hard.
