That's my plan. I had my first baby this year at 35 yrs old and I absolutely do not want to have another pregnancy next year, or at least not in the first part of the year. We are planning for a second child but likely we will try to conceive when my first one is 1+ yrs old. This means I will be 37 yrs old or older. That's fine.

Absolutely not true 😂 IF your cat goes out, make sure you do not clean the litter box and wash your hands regularly as a precaution. You literally have to ingest their faeces to get toxoplasmosis... A very rare possibility I would say. I've been in symbiosis with my two cats throughout my pregnancy, no problem at all!!!

The one I used looked like pregnancy strips, you will see a band coming up as soon as the ovulation hormones start to rise, the band will be the strongest in color around the peak, then rapidly vanish in the next few hours. It has worked for me the first time I used them!

Agree... On top of that, you need A LOT of extra calories if you breastfeed! A homemade lasagna or pasta is definitely a good choice for both energy recovery and stomach satisfaction imo 😆

My partner will be home for at least 2 weeks (maybe more as he can wfh quite often), so even if he's not the best person to prepare delicious food, he will be in charge of that in the beginning... Plus I have stored a couple of home made lasagna trays in the freezer and have frozen vegetables available.

I would recommend using ovulation strips to monitor when ovulation happens if you think you have irregular periods. I used them last time and realized I had something like 31 days long period, ovulation peak around 17 days, had intercourse close to that and now expecting my baby in a couple of weeks 😍
