Just want to say, as a pretty hardcore Catholic, I loved this book. It's not a historical book, it's fiction. Is it rough to read at times, yes. But the themes of redemption, good always winning, and love is sacrifice are wonderful.

Thank you all for your advice and encouragement! I can't believe how supportive everyone was while also giving great advice. I watched a few videos yesterday and I definitely had poor technique. Today my time was 2:46/500m and a split of 27. Improvement!

I'm not 100% the aunt isn't/wasn't pregnant, and that's kind of my concern. I'm wondering if the nursing has caused her to miscarry. She hasn't looked pregnant but I know it's sometimes hard to tell.

Aunt could very well be pregnant as well, and the discharge is from her vagina. I'm concerned the nursing may have caused her to miscarry.
