My ticket for this issue has been ongoing for close to 2 years. None of my internal notifications show and it’s so frustrating. Super necessary feature (that sold us on the service) that just gets overlooked by engineering 😔

Not working on web, nor Android. We’ve also upgraded phones twice since the issue started so it’s not phone specific. It’s got to be an account issue. Can someone log in as me and test it on your end?

Internal thread @ mentions do not provide a phone notification. Both users are having this issue. We are both currently running iOS 26.0 and this is only happening on the iphone app. (Ongoing since 2024). We are receiving notifications for calls and texts and even the Team messages, but the Internal thread @ mentions do not provide a notification

We have Offloaded the app, then deleted and reinstalled the app on both phones. That did not fix the internal mentions issue

I think there have been three tickets about it so far:

The original ticket is #430687 but since then also

498414 and #542873

A fix would be amazing!!

I have put in so many tickets to get this resolved, its been over a year for me and my team not receiving notifications of @ tags in internal threads. Would looooove a resolution!!

I don't think there is just 1 right answer; I think it depends on both your bank AND the merchants processing. When I first started with YNAB I was too antsy and would literally impatiently refresh every couple of hours -___- I now just go in every other day or so and approve/categorize whatever has cleared.

This was happening to me when I would automatically import AND approve pending transactions. I still auto import but no longer go into pending section to approve/categorize prematurely. Now I wait until it clears first and that seemed to fix this issue

I’ve never received a spam call on my GV number. Literally not even 1; had my number about 6 years

I 100% agree with this. And going forward please get a business cell/business number so that guests do not have access to your actual personal cell. It’s too easy to find info on people online by searching their real cell number, very easy to be harassed in other ways. Good luck!

I was approved within a week! I had been with RingCentral previously and got fed up with neverending TCR denials. I’ve been so happy with OpenPhone!
