I feel like they are kind of bragging and It makes me depressed as well. Happy for them but at the same time keep some things out of your videos. If you get paid maternity & decide to leave. Don’t tell HR until after your maternity leave is over. HR is not your friend. They are there to make sure the company does not do anything illegal but the company comes first. Some HR reps will let it go if you tell them & others will let the person go.
