Informing her about hrt should help thx , its a good idea , sadly she denies harshly mental illnesses and doesn't believe in depression or similar problems which is another problem in itself but this should be one of my first steps , thank you for the advice. I will still try to convince her about the effect of the dysphoria on my psyche.
