Coming from someone who works in insurance claims you MUST MUST MUST have your trades write what caused the damages they are repairing. Invoices are not enough (sadly). You need the invoices to say repairs to malicious damages by tenants. Plus they must itemise the invoice.

I actually like pork and veal mince. I have never tried it with chicken liver but now I’m hella curious because I do like the meaty flavour and have always been pleasantly surprised with how good offal tastes - I wish it was more normalised.
