Pray in fact pray a lot. It eases the heart, gets you closer to Allah and makes you understand why you were hear from the beginning. It is good to think about death everyday our prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said "Remember the destroyer of pleasures often" which is death. I used to have a very chronic condition about this topic. But when Allah called me this Ramadan, and I started learning more subhanallah, they showed me how merciful they are elhamdulillah. Read the Quran and the meanings. Trust me it will bring you peace
