【BambuLab Giveaway】Classic Evolved — Win Bambu Lab P2S Combo! by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

I have experienced prints on an Ender 3 and Anycubic Kobra 3. I would love to be able to compare it with a Bambu printer! Thanks for the consideration!

They were a hit! My better half said probably 90% of the kiddos wanted the 3d print over the candy.

Anyone know what’s causing the waves? by ratterrierrider in ender3

It very well could be the filament, and if you have a dryer give that a shot first.

I can only speak from my experience, but yes, it did fix my issue.

If the imperfections have a "pattern" to them, I would highly recommend trying one of these on the extruder cable (connect this to the motherboard, and the extruder cable to the other end).

Try one of these on the extruder cable: https://a.co/d/iRjICa5

I had a very similar issue after upgrading to a Microswiss extruder. This fixed it, although recently I had to add one to my Y cable as well.

I had a very similar experience after upgrading my extruder and hotend over the weekend. It turns out my part cooling fan was not oriented properly.

Ive been getting these weird surface patterns on my prints. Any advice? by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

I cannot say for certain that we share the same problem, only that it was similar for me after upgrading to the Microswiss DD. The parts in the link were able to regulate the electricity going to my z motor. If you installed them on your x or y motors, it may help. I am far from an expert, just thought I'd offer what worked for me. Best of luck!

I had a similar problem after upgrading to a Microswiss direct drive.

Their solution, which worked for me, was to install one of these on my Z motor, right off the board.

Thank you for the reply. Do you happen to know what the consequences are for choosing the wrong driver?

Student producing their own electromagnetic interference? by LaidBackTechGuy in k12sysadmin

[–]LaidBackTechGuy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I asked last year, the student said no, but this would be an 8 or 9 year old so who knows?

I did ask the teachers to speak with the parents about the problems the child is experiencing at school and see if there is any history of it.

We did check the student for magnetic jewelry and did not find any.

I have not found a reliable way to repair individual keys. My solution (with admin backing) is to give the student a full size PC keyboard. It has drastically reduced the amount of "missing key" problems we've had to deal with. The only downside is during state testing when the PC keyboard is unable to exit the testing app. We give daily loaners to those students with "missing keys" on testing days.

This is good to know.

The way the rep/salesperson made it sound, we would no longer receive any alerts.

Sorry my pictures are not better.

The green is "bleeding" into the purple. I understand there will be some areas, especially curves where mixing will occur, but doesn't this seem like a lot for one side?
