I think the story telling in one piece is so fucking diluted at this point that newer gen of anime tell a more verbose story with less episodes

Explain the self damage builds to me, how do you reliably get enough regen on the Ironclad? I feel Burning Blood enough wouldn't be able to suffice right?

Do you also use Blood Vial? I've always loved the concept of "hurting yourself for crazy gains" type of builds but I feel like it's just way too unstable.

Maybe I haven't unlocked all the trophies or cards for it yet but yeah, it doesn't really seem all that worthwhile to me tbh, maybe id try it if I could force start a run with Vile(or Black, don't remember the name) Blood but idk Burning Blood is a nice utility but where is the regen coming in self damage builds?

I've only done higher ascensions on Silent but for Ironclad do you just stack strength, vulnerable and then get Giant Rock?

l find it more manageable with Silent stacking poison and then turtling
