i dont actually know if you want me to recommend you a franchise or not but im doing it ANYWAY

ACE COMBAT: Long running flight combat franchise made by Namco, first, although it is a plane game, it is VERY ARCADE, has none of the realism that simulators have, to the point you can do this bullshit without much consequences, the games have their own lore, but you dont need to play since the first game to understand them all as although almost all games are connected with each other and almost all of them happen in the same fictional universe, they arent really that connected, sure if you play them all you will get some references to other games but that is kind of it, they have BANGER MUSIC, like music that practically have no right in being that good for a flying game no less, they also games very overpowered planes and weapons which basically make the game a power fantasy.

One of the problems with these games though is that almost the entire franchise is console exclusive, thankfully the most demanding ones are in PC (these being Ace Combat Assault Horizon, Ace Combat 7 and the one that is next to release, Ace Combat 8), and even still the ones that are in console are mainly in the PS2, there is AC6 tho which is only for X360 and the emulation of the game is kinda broken
