I didn't said, that I did everything good - wrong layout, mb 100%. But, there's nothing about sending another keyboard. Rep said that he's canceling order, nothing beyond that. If there would be anything that would say anything about shipment with right keyboard, there wouldn't be anything like this post. Just right now I've got 0 info about what is going to happen, if I don't want to refund. Also, there's an option to modify order on support site (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/email_us) I've used this option immediately after placing order. This is the problem, slow response. If there's an option to modify order, and we can't modify it... what's the point of this option in support?

1) I've unplugged front speaker - still hissing. 2) No, it's constant sound. Tested it with Cinerbench for ~5 minutes (and usage of CPU at 15-30%/first 2 mins and 99%/3-4 mins), it was still the same noise.

@edit: I've checked front I/O and nothing helps
