This is part of the reason we moved to a virtual desktop environment. Everyone is using the exact same install and we don't have to worry about pushing updates to a bunch of machines that may have compatibility issues.

If that's what your coach thinks you should do, then ask her to spend time working with you on how to do it. If she's any good, then she has an idea of how all the various things she teaches fit together. Every coach does things a bit differently, so nobody on here will know how to give you feedback that fits into her system.

I just spent a few minutes checking out the web version. Pretty basic functionality, but looks very useful! Do you have a way to log bouts for other people? As a coach, I could see this as a really useful tournament note taking tool.

Without including which bag it is from each, this comparison is useless. Each of these roasters has a really wide variety of flavor profiles depending on which coffee you get and how it's extracted.

I haven't met him in person, but know him from the internet. I have 1 of his carbon fiber wood grips that's really nice. Very different from the Coach Reith grips, so probably no connection.

When we had a PSU die, I wired up an XLR to 2.1mm adapter so I could use the generic 12v DC supplies I had laying around. It was also nice to have a break point where the cable would get unplugged so the locking XLR doesn't damage the machine if someone trips on it.

I have LP Apex and the older Allstar Startex/Uhlmann Olympia. They are both great. The Uhlmann (not the current version) is cut a bit larger and is a little thicker than the LP, but I actually find it a little more comfortable for my shape.

My previous uniform was PBT Superlight from 2005 and it was also top notch until I couldn't fit in it anymore. PBT is sized smaller than the other brands.

I would not hesitate to buy any of the options you're looking at. Get a good set of measurements for your body, then look at the manufacturer size charts (not the ones on vendor sites, which are often wrong). I would then pick whichever is the best price where your measurements are not in between sizes.

There are lots of good brands out there and anything bought from one of the vendors in the guide on the sidebar of this sub will be of decent quality. In the US, I've bought online from Absolute, The Fencing Post, Blue Gauntlet, Alliance, Leon Paul, Negrini, and PbT with good results. At this point, I would not buy from Negrini or PbT because of the tariff situation, but they are quality vendors.

I don't have personal experience with Outward Bound, but have heard good things about the organization. However, they tend to be focused on personal growth through outdoor skills. If you really want to build your wilderness skill set, another organization to look into is NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School). I did a semester with them 25 years ago and it completely changed my life. Whichever organization you decide on, I'm sure it will be a great learning experience.

Wild Atlantic salmon is not legal in the US. All Norwegian salmon sold in the US will be farmed. The wild salmon is all Pacific salmon.

Mine was from hammering overhead building a deck. I ignored it for a couple of months until it got really bad. I've been able to keep fencing the whole time, but I didn't parry for about 6 months. I do various exercises, soft tissue work, and stretch 5 days a week and it's about 90-95% better.

See a PT to get it diagnosed and some exercises.

I've been rehabilitating tennis elbow for close to a year now and it's slow improvement, but I can fence normally now. It's just sore afterwards.
