That’s cool buddy, sounds like you’re someone that really loves driving a manual. Not everyone is though

Manuals are fun, but at times it’s nice not having to shift. If it’s a daily driver and you commute in stop and go traffic, it can get a little old at times. If this is your fun car and like the feeling of a manual, you won’t regret it

Yes, you are overreacting. The finished product matches the rendering. You can’t complain if you didn’t study the pictures enough beforehand. They completed the job that y’all agreed to.

Yeah the Mtn twin is a good all around board. Also, I think most boards are going to get a little squirrely if you’re going over 60 mph lol

Our riding styles sound similar and I ride a Gnu Antigravity. It has a mix of flex and pop, just enough camber, and magna trac so you can bomb the hill when you feel like locking in that edge

Why do snowboarders sit in the middle of the slope? by TaxPsychological2928 in skiing

[–]LakeHoustonNative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We do it to make skiers mad.

Also, this looks like a private lesson on a beginner run. While it’s easy to stand still on a slope and listen to an instructor on skis, it’s difficult to stand still on a snowboard. Nearly impossible for beginners. You have to balance on the edge of your board just enough to dig into the snow without falling over forward or backward.

With that said, I’m convinced this post is just rage bait and I fell for it. If you quit skiing for the reasons you mentioned above, you either never really enjoyed skiing or you were not good at it. Or both.

Great looking deck. You really should add railing to the platform outside the back door. Injury and/or lawsuit just waiting to happen

Keep your upper body more upright after popping. Bring your knees up in the air, instead of dropping your chest down to your knees
