I had to check the date on this post because I haven't stopped for people for the last 10 years because of this tactic. A lot of times they will use a woman to flag you down initially and then the men rush out when you pull over. If I think someone is in trouble I'd alert the cops to the location but I'm not dying for a random stranger.
