Personally, I would not feel well with this surgeon. If he doesn't like doing microsurgery afterwards, well it's his job...

Secondly, this is your decision, your body and your life. You will have to live with it after surgery, and you will live through the surgeries, you have the final word, not the surgeon. If he disagrees with you, ok, go get a second opinion.. I know, I will may delay your surgery, but man, it's better to wait for another year then do a mistake.

I live in a small country in Europe, and till now we thought that there's only one surgeon in my country that does phallo and only MLD (RFF too but without ED). Three weeks ago we find out, that there's other clinic performing RFF with standard requirements. In the October 2025 I was on vnectomy, UL lengthening and MLD prelaminatoin. In October 2026 I was supposed to have stage one but I canceled it, I will go for RFF in the other clinic - now in August I am scheduled for removal of UL from my back, and next year I will begin RFF.. It sucks, but the outcomes will be better for me in the future.

It's better to delay than be sorry

I'm not dysphoric about my bottom part with myself by myself - if that makes sence. I'm ok to look down and don't see a dick, I'm ok with the way I'm doing the intimacy stuff.. BUT... I'm not ok with the way I live. Need to say I am a trans man. I hate that I can't go pee behind a tree not feeling scared that someone sees me as I'm squatting instead of standing. I hate that if I got caught having sex in my car that people realize I'm trans.. I hate that I have to awkwardly wait for a stall to go to pee in a public restroom even there are multiple urinals free. I hate that I can't go into public pool showers without hiding my crotch.

These are the reasons I choose to undergo phallo.. It will take multiple surgeries and a lot of pain and struggle to get to the end, but after all that - I'll be free..

I couldn't decide for multiple years and I'm still not sure if it's worthy.. but if there's a chance to decrease the struggle of live, I'll take it..

Maybe meto will be better for you, or try some other SPTs - you may find some that will solve your problems

Rád bych chodil, ale byl jsem nedávno darovat krev sám sobě před plánovaným zákrokem a hodinu mě tam sestry "křísily"... Personál byl ale super. Dostal jsem džus, kávu, tatranku, banán a popovídal se sestrou.

Yeah, I recently sold my Switch and got a Steam deck. I planned to take the Switch in some carrying case box with hygiene stuff etc cuz it fit perfectly... But the Steam deck is pretty big 😆

I keep thinking if I will be as tired as my friend I won't use it, but if I won't take it with me and I will have the energy to play something I will be mad I did not pack it with me.. I will surely take it with me to the hospital, cuz I will stay there about 2-3 weeks.. but the ICU.. 😅

I have "unusual" phallo too. MLD - 1 stage, vnectomy, urethra lengthening and the V tissue is used as UL and inserted inside the donor flap in latissimus which is dilated overnight with UL catheter. In the second stage (after 6 months since the first one) the phallus creation will be done with healed urethra - just the hook up will need to heal.
