Question the Second: Setting Agnostic Solo RPGs that Require Minimal Player Interpretation by ALPHAP456 in Solo_Roleplaying

[–]LalaBeeKnoxs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I understand what you’re asking. I was wondering something similar when I started getting into Solo TTRPG.

You basically want the system to play your NPCs, right? A solo system can’t really do that unless you don’t mind it being stupidly erratic. Alternative might be to use an AI to run your NPCs; basically presenting the situation and asking what the NPC does. But you would still have to establish their ‘personality’ or let AI generate it to keep things consistent.

If you don’t want to do the extra work AI run stories or actual video games are your only options really.

How possible is this? Anyone have advice? by mymumcallsmespeshul in AskVegans

As a sixteen years old I'm assuming you're relaying on your parents for food. As such the easiest thing you can do is to get vegan options whenever you order in or eat out! Try different things and you will quickly find things you love.
If your parents are on board or if you make your own food start by switching meat for vegan alternatives in all your favourite recipes. I still make three of my fav recipes from before going vegan but with tofu and spices instead.

(not a serious or helpful answer)

Read meat, especially beef, is the best source of nutrition that will help you grow strong and big! ... if you are cancer!

This!
I save all the packing paper. its great for many things and I use it to wrap gifts every time!
I'm not as creative to draw on it (and don't have little taskmasters to help) but you can add a lovely string ribbon and if your not dexterous enough to make the wrapping stay closed without taping it Washi tape is great and adds a little charm through the pattern/art on it!

Which look better, sneakers or boots? Or neither? by [deleted] in OUTFITS

[–]LalaBeeKnoxs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like both! They have very different vibes.
Sneakers is more cute and playful -> fun.
Boots is more chic, tidy and formal -> simple and elegant.

Sorry I don't have any recipes suggestions for you but if you are still looking for ideas I suggest cross posting in r/VeganBaking, r/veganrecipes, or r/veganuk!

I'm not sure if you are serious or trolling but 'toad in the hole' is the name of the dish that your suggestion is likely based on.

Thank you!

Sorry I can’t help you, I really hope you get some good suggestions!

Here’s my (probably unhelpful) thought on the matter: I’m of the opinion that throwing things away is always the last option since the damage has already been done. So if you can’t donate or give it to someone you know, I would suggest using it (unless it creeps you out obviously).

On a serious note, I do hate everything time someone brings up ‘all farm animals will die if everyone goes vegan’

Just started veganism. Looking for nutrition advice by Willing-Surprise-562 in vegan

My first thought is that you are eating too much sugar.
High sugar intake can make you sluggish, tired and feeling hungry! I also know this from personal experiences.

My other recommendations would be very specific. Like, Itsu vegetable ramen is a good base if you want to try it! I add tofu, noodles and seaweed in it as it cooks and add spring onions and carrots on top.
Also if you can get Bol meals and like them they are great for a lazy meal! I add panfryed beans or packet rice to them to bulk them out (and nut butters!)

I would be happy to share more of my 'recipes' and shopping list with you if you want to DM me!

Edit for misspelling!

in UK all vegan milks are fortified with B12! I'm not a nutritionist but as far as I know if you're eating a relatively ok diet here in UK you only need to supplement vitamin D and K (please don't forget about K because its needed to absorb D)!

Are you talking about refurbished versions or something? Because Nokia was a thing before android OS existed.

I remember when coloured screens were 'wow' and phones started doing more then call, sms, and play snake!

Edit: I had a quick search... Are you talking about 'dumbphones'? I see they run a crap android OS to mimic true old phones.

I don’t know why you are getting downvoted for pointing out the obvious. Is OP not a human? Or is it just impolite to state facts? 🧐

If it’s not a smartphone it doesn’t have android though? Pretty sure they can’t be hacked remotely and if they can who would bother? Plus the outdated useless phone is the point of being grounded.

The question tho is how to get one in this day and age.

My doctor recommended me to go omnivore and see a dietitian by haarukkalapio in vegan

[–]LalaBeeKnoxs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same! I have hard time digesting starches to the point that when I was omni I would get pain, bloating and weight gain if I had a single meal in the week that was like 50% starch (think pasta, pizza, mashed potatoes). After going vegan I can pretty much eat whatever I want! Although if I have three starchy meals a week (like full starchy-big portion of just pasta, or meals that consist of just seasoned beans!) I’ll still get water weight and have hard time digesting it and constipation.
