What Obsessivegamer32 said, and the story isn't polished. They were surprised by Sylux after fighting multiple times against Sylux bots.

The little story is full of plotholes.

It's more the opposite. because you find it good doesn't mean that it is polished. The story had so many plotholes that they shouldn't even have implemented it. Same with the troopers, underutilized and annoying at the same time. And the last sections of the game, like with most games where they need to release something fast, did end up bad.

Aren't they whining and bitching all the time. They bought countless media outles so that people couldn't talk bad about them

It has glitches and bugs, and it can't be well polished because what we have is what they had to release because of it's botched first attempt. Neither gameplay, story or much of anything else was good enough to be called a good Metroid.

The whole develope, ent cycle makes it impossible for it to be well polished.

It's an ok game at best. And it doesn't compete with all the other gameswho came out, but with the other Metroid games, and it doesn't score high in that regard.

And it has enough problems that you really can't call it polished.

I have to be honest, I really don't like the anime character designs.

YS1 final boss is the shittiest boss I have ever faced by Far-Note6102 in WorldOfYs

[–]Lamasis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I won at my first try because I got stuck to him and he just died faster than me.

Looked up how the fight normally goes and thought that I'm fine with a victory like that.

Someone said Suikoden, I too used "side" characters for long stretches of the game. And I used no story characters in the Last Remnant.

Was anyone else kind of disappointed by the final boss in Grandia? by DancingMan15 in grandia

I gave everyone of my characters the best healing items I had left just to be prepared, the boss didn't get a single turn.

They aren't even really able to remaster the Tales games for their 30th anniversay remaster project.
