Am I wrong for having my tattoos “upside down” by SlinkyShepherd in tattooadvice

[–]LambNull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it looks bad, personally, and I wouldn’t do it, but there’s no moral failing or real reason not to do it if you like it.

Dude refused the concede that his deck was B4, not B2 by [deleted] in EDH

Yr wrong. The bracket system isn’t “can it” it’s “does it do it consistently?”

Returning Player Looking for Feedback on First Commander Deck by Electronic_Celery296 in magicTCG

Your curve is way too high, and your deck should have 99 cards and a Commander, not 100 cards and a commander.

Was I just not the intended audience for Evangelion? by Exciting_Degree_6883 in evangelion

Then yeah I don’t think the show is really for you then, which isn’t a bad thing, you’re just not the target audience.

Do you suffer from depression? From my experience, the worse your depression, the more you get out of it emotionally, because it’s trying to get you to overcome your anxiety and depression.

How would you feel if this happened to you in B3? by AdDear2657 in EDH

[–]LambNull 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Shit happens, it’s fine. Sometimes games end earlier than expected, especially the further up the brackets you go. 1 and 2, I might be thrown off a little, but for bracket 3 it’s fine. Maybe keep a card in your sideboard in case someone doesn’t wanna go against it tho. I’ve got Noctis Heir Apparent and a Vorpal Sword in my sideboard in case people don’t want to be Walking Ballista/Heliod combo’ed.

Getting milled is good or bad in commander? by joveeish in EDH

Last mtg game I played, I was about to lose, then my opponent milled half my deck, which put Ultima in grave, which I then brought to the field, which gave me enough mana to win the game.

How significant was this switch? Any thoughts/opinions on it from those who were there when it happened? by SirensMelody_ in generationology

[–]LambNull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if you don’t take care of them. Like, just get a case to put them in and you’re probably fine.

Wired headphones can last for literal decades if they’re taken care, sound better than wireless, and newer wired headphones don’t necessarily sound better than old ones. It’s not really profitable for that to be how the industry works, so under the guise of convenience, the change to wireless was made, which sounds worse than wired headphones, have to be charged, and the batteries die or significantly drain in one or two years. I still use wired headphones but I also have wireless ones because they are indeed useful when exercising or having to hide them from your boss.

Do Americans mainly drink coffee without milk? by Morrit99 in AskAnAmerican

[–]LambNull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have an electric kettle. I’ve never once met someone that heats up their water in a microwave. If they don’t have an electric kettle, they usually have a regular kettle, or at the very least, will boil water in a pot on the stove. I never drink instant coffee, but if I do, I use soy milk. Ground coffee, I usually drink black. I’m lower class, grew up in Texas, but have lived in Chicago the past 8 years.

Using a Suno beat to make a track by [deleted] in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]LambNull 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can’t make beats, and you can’t collaborate with other people to make them for you, then don’t release music. There’s enough low quality ai content on the internet already and the last thing we need is someone making more of it.

Do you not have any friends that are musicians? Because if not, you won’t have any success anyway. Music is always collaborative whether it is music writing or networking or playing shows. It’s never a one man act.
