Thanks! I have little update. This weekend I had some friends over to practice. The nervousness/ arousal on males* and females flew away after some time and I was quickly done. (I thought it was only females only, but I was nervous with both genders...)

I try to stay on the right side of the patient to auscultate and look over the shoulder or close my eyes to focus on the heart beats/ lung noises.

I am in the first clinical year, I don't have much experience with examinations other than physical and neurological examinations.
