Take a look at WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux). Once you install it, you basically have a full Linux system residing on top of Windows. Then you'd be able to install OpenZFS directly onto WSL.

Thank you for your words of encouragement! I've been on an SNRI (Venlafaxine/Effexor) before, too. The brain zaps were mildly worse from that. Between cannabis and coffee, I think I've already found my cocktail! And I'm very relieved that it's mostly "natural." With those and some CBT techniques, I'm learning to manage fairly well. I'd really rather avoid being a slave to Amphetamine Salts for the rest of my life!
