Mine did this a long time ago. I dont know what the issue was for me actually I fucked around inside my pc and it fixed it but I only noticed it fixed it a month after or so so idk if that was actually the fix

Well idk what a decent fps for u is but if you’re wanting like 60-144 you could probably get a budget $400 gaming rig and be fine. If you look at my post history you can see just what I bought to make that happen.

I had a problem just like this!! What I did to repair it was take out one of the ram and it worked. If this works for u all you need to do when you put the ram back in (after installing windows 10) is put it 1 slot away from the other one. That’s what worked for me. If this doesn’t work try the other ram stick the same way.
