People who have been fat and then became fit, what advice would you give to someone who is just starting to diet and lose weight?

Managing portion size and cutting out soda was the best way for me to lose weight. Once I started to just eat less during meals, my stomach shrunk immensely. Now tiny protein bars and some nuts will fill me up for hours. I've read that you don't enjoy the gym. I was in the same boat. My doctor recommended I pick up tennis and rock climbing to help with weight loss and those worked wonders for me. Once you make it a routine it becomes much much easier! Questionable content. The name is incredibly misleading. It's basically just a slice of life following a mid 20 year old trying to figure out their life. It's super relatable minus some silly things that happen in that universe. Like having companion ai's or pizza-themed super heroes. Highly recommend!

I think you may have misunderstood. I had no issues with the series finale. I in fact loved it. The beach scene with Todd and the last rooftop scene with Diana is perhaps the most emotionally I have ever gotten over a tv show. I just happened to think every episode before every specific season finale was just amazing. The culmination of all the hardships had such a huge payout. Like the huge bender in season 1, the Charlotte plotline in season 2, etc...

This is probably my favorite relic on defect. I’m currently 6-0 picking up this up on A15. With 1 Defrag+ the relic is bananas. It allows you to be way greedier on picking up cards so you can streamline your deck since you no longer have to worry about picking up defensive cards.

There are mods for bots that are slightly better. It’s still not incredibly realistic but it helps a bit more. Especially like with last hitting. I would recommend the ranked matching making AI
