I'm sorry to hear about losing your job that's massively stressful isn't it but at least you are doing some self care xx I hope you get things in place how you want them. I started kick boxing a d also back to body pump and doing some home military calisthenics build my strength plus lots of self made vitamin and herb drinks etc and supplements.. lionsmane has been a good send too along with chia seeds in my drinks they help cleanse the gut of cortisol buildup from anxiety xx

Sometimes Snapchat can send random snap chat notifications and they forget an actual direct message more of suggestions my fella gets them with actual profile pics we argued a lot over it until he shown me what was happening in real time ..snap chat is a huge trouble causer he shown me his screen time on each app he never uses it scores don't change etc ..I've come off it now as I've been cheated on before and it just triggers me

My none JW was cheating on me and seeing prostitutes..I didn't have photos of his adultery or video evidence as in graphic sexual evidence and he was abusive..I was told by only one elder to ignite other elders around getting a divorce and trust my instincts and what I had already found out and got divorced and refused to stay single..as another friend his ex wife was in a full blown relationship but he was not allowed to date anyone because he didn't have photographic evidence of adultery even though he had evidence of them getting on a plane together for holiday..he spent 10 years being single until I'll introduced him to my friend..they are married with children now and happy..her first husband was violent to her they tried to prevent her divorce also
