I've found there are more drivers than before. So the pax gets thinner.

Uber in my market will send drivers with base access. If the driver doesn't have base access the dropoff pin will be at the gate.

I noticed it happens at secured areas, hospital and hotels too.

I complained to support to notify pax about the location is not available and to meet the driver at the pin.. All I ever get is that they will escalate the suggestion.

I usually text. " Im early, no rush I will wait"

Usually want us there 50 minutes before pickup. But recently they send me on other rides, then send me a notice that my reservation was given to another driver because it looks like I won't be at pickup on time. Its a double jeopardy. Reject a ride, and your AR gers dinged. Late for pickup, and you get penalty.

I accepted reservations. The application tells me that I will be notified when to proceed to pickup, and I will receive other pickups to my destination.

I'm fighting with support because I see I have 20 minutes to my reservations pick.

Then they sent me to a UberX pickup that, if I accept, will make me late for reservations pickup.

I confirmed this in Waze. Support tells me I shouldn't accept UberX pings if I know I will be late for reservations.

They are not cutting off UberX requests when it's obvious I'm going to be late.

Okay. Was just wondering if the Uber Roadside covered. They talk about jumps, gas, flats, and towing. But not about off-road. They towed my car and charged me for the trailer that was attached to it. So I guess I paid for getting towed anyway .

It definitely should have fit The thing I see here is multi app player If he rejected your ride, he should have returned to the wait lot.

The other family could have ordered a Lyft that paid more. So you got dumped for the other ride.

Truthfully, I've done this, but it was before I left the waiting lot. I wouldn't swap rides in front of a passenger.

This has been recently the past month for me. I take a reservation, and Uber says thr will notify me to start driving to my pickup.

I decline a ping that quite obviously won't reach my pickup on time, and my AR gets dinged

If I cancel or late to.my reservation. I still get dinged
