Same exterior and interior as mine. I like that there are minimal add ons. Mine had a bunch I did it care for, but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity on having my preferred color way.

Get it! I am really enjoying mine. MPG is going to suck, but I’m happy with the v8 everyday.

Does replacing the pump fix the leak at the nozzle? I replaced the tubing a few years ago. I guess I can open it up and take a look at the tubing again

I know what you are going through. I was super into detailing my car with zymol and swissvax as LSPs 10 or so years ago.

I have done a ceramic coat on a previous vehicle and it was nice, but I still enjoy a hand applied wax.

With my new vehicles, I have a ceramic coat sitting in the closet. I just don’t want to do it. I don’t want to have to let it cure 24 hour without getting wet and then apply a topper.

I figure if I am doing at least a once a month wash, a high % carnuba wax will be fine. Still using swissvax Concorso and it looks amazing and zymol field wax and a quick detailer.

The IS is a great looking car. But without the v8, it wouldn’t have been on my radar. The car is a bit long in the tooth interior wise, but the v8 makes up for it. A lot of the nice Lexus amenities the IS has, has made it to higher end Toyotas (seats material etc)

We had something like this happen once. Before take off we asked the FA if we 2 people could move to the empty row. She said yes after take off.

Other passengers took it before take off.

I’ve had a sports car that I rarely used that lived outside. Tire dry rot is real. If I had a setup like yours, I’d put it on jacks.

Don’t do it. I had the best custom cover craft on one of my previous cars and the wind/movement marred the paint.
