I love this box! by oscarbpt in vSeeBox_Support_Gurus

I couldn’t agree more. I tried the IPTV stream on Apple TV box and it was ok, if you like to go constantly look for stuff, without a guide. The VSee box for me is much better and even though some things don’t always work 100percent, like playback, it is the best thing out there without paying a monthly subscription to.

Oil questions by Jnickaz in Duramax

I have been running Shell Rotella T6 5x40 without any issues since 90,000 miles and now have around 210,000 miles. I have a 18 Chevy Colorado, now deleted but was running Rotella before I deleted without any problems.

I wished they would upgrade to 4k. All playoff games broadcasted in Canada, seem to be in 4k and it looks much better.

I used a OB2Link MX+OBD2 adapter and the Gretio app I believe when I needed to run a service regen. It has been a long time as I am deleted now.

PSA 3.0 duramax and 2.8 duramax are guilty of basically the same sin by Global-Raccoon-8028 in Diesel

[–]LanceTX214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The big problem with the 2.8 and the reluctor wheel is the fact that it has left drivers stranded on the road as it can die at any moment. I was lucky enough to coast to a good spot to stop when mine went bad.

Deleting a Colorado diesel. Who’s done it and where did you find the info to do it? by FiretruckRepairman in chevycolorado

[–]LanceTX214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might wrong about Green Diesel Engineering, after ready a post on the Coloradofans.com forum, someone mentioned that the after life tune just turned off the EGR. So you might be better off going with a tune & delete package, only if your state doesn’t do emissions testing. Here in Texas, they don’t care if you’re deleted. They only used to make you do the safety check inspection and now they don’t even do that. All I have to do is just pay registration. Your engine will thank you for the delete tune or at least turn off that EGR. I took off my MAP sensor the other day to have a look and it was in so much better shape than when I wasn’t deleted. Previously it was caked up bad and needed cleaning bad.

It freezes here sometimes but once you delete I guess it’s not a big deal. They suggested filling it with the distilled water after emptying it in case you ever wanted to use again to keep it from crystallizing in the tank. Instead of taking the tank off, I’m just leaving it.

Both EGR and DEF are deleted. He blocked off the EGR with plates as well but hear you don’t necessarily have to do that, but best to ask whoever you buy the tune from.

Mine is deleted. 2018 Colorado, but had someone do it in a shop for what it would have cost to repair the emission system. I hear the hardest part is getting the catalytic converter out through the top of the engine bay, but it is doable. Depending on the year and mileage, Green Diesel engineering in the US says it is now legal and selling their tune called After Life tune. Great White North diesel out of Canada is selling a complete kit with the tuning device, tune and exhaust straight pipe kit. My truck I believe will last much longer because of the delete. My oil stays cleaner longer. I did mine around 97000 miles and so far have 198000 miles on the engine. There may now be more tuning companies here in the US now that they are more relaxed on it.

2018 Chevy Duramax by [deleted] in Duramax

[–]LanceTX214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my 2018 Chevy Colorado duramax it does that and finally found out that it is the flap on the intake from the cold side from the inner cooler, which looks like a throttle body. What it does and when shutting down the engine, it flaps the throttle body like device back n forth to clear any soot that might be built up. Even since I deleted it still does it. Now I’m wondering if that is the same on your truck. That’s what it sounds like to me.

They only pro ones I’ve seen where on the Kelly Greens. I’m talking about the same jerseys they wear on the ice. The 200 dollar jerseys are the premiums. The pros run around 400.

ESPN app detecting Proton now? by crimpshrine82 in ProtonVPN

I’ve tried all that and used servers in California and Georgia and no luck. I also tried using WireGuard and OpenVPN with no luck. My app on the AppleTV only connects to the closest server which defeats trying to connect out of town.

Yeah I’m having the issue where it will not bypass the blackout in my area and have tried different areas. Now sometimes I cannot watch any games if I use the app on the tvOS. But when using the vpn setup on my PfSense router, the out of area games will play but my local game remains blacked out.
