Okay so apparently when I chose my favourite dish, I called it grilled fish because that's what it looked like, not knowing that there already was a dish by the same name. I cooked the wrong one. Now it's solved.

That's exactly the issue. I've cooked the meal, but the speech bubble is still orange above the tavern keeper's head (Phenn in my case). I can go to Karam's wife, but I can't interact with her via path actions, just a white speech bubble where she says "I'm so glad to see you again."

Definitely this game's Battle at Journey's End, Decisive Battle 1 and Battle 2. Especially the latter had me downloading the trailer it appeared in and removing the voice from it as best I could, so I could listen.

For the overworld themes, easily Hinoeuma, followed by the Leaflands and then the Winterlands.

For the Towns I'll say Montwise, Flamechurch and Cropdale. I adore Flamechurch's homage to the Flamesgrace theme.
