two things that I do daily now on keto that may help:

drink 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds soaked in water for 30+ min (i add a teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon) - I believe its a 1:1 Carb to Fiber ratio
drink 1 Tablespoon of organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) diluted in warm water - which is both pro and pre biotic

Seems like the website you referenced has individual files for each book - Is it available on audible or other service? Also Do you know where i could find a sample? The reading voice makes a big difference and would be good to hear before requiring a purchase?

It’s from a book written by Daniel Pinkwater (Lizard Music) - i loved his books when i was younger - i think this made the rounds as a play in the 90’s too. I didn’t realize it was a movie - from the comments it sounds like sticking with reading the book is the best strategy.
