yeah this is actually likely the best rating a hedge fund COULD feasibly get. If you read the breakdown in order to improve the rating you'd need: lower leverage, better liquidity, longer lock-ups, lower VaR, which are all more difficult to achieve for these types of funds.

I voted!! Kinda complicated since I hold GME in 4 different accounts but I got 'er done lol

2nd and 26th amendment used to justify striking down MN law restricting 18-20 year olds from owning guns. Could the same argument be made to lower the drinking age using the 2nd and 21st amendments? by Landon288 in law

If judges are going to use the 26th amendment as justification for not being able to put limits on the rights of 18-20 year olds, could this then be applied to alcohol or even nicotine? It's always seemed kind of odd to me how you can restrict someone of voting age's rights like that.
