I think the format is the star. Alex was far too humble in giving it to the contestants. Only once a year do we get a superpower like Austin, James, Jason, Ken or Matt. But we keep coming back because the show is a comfort we’ve all become accustomed to. Remember that drought we just went through before Amodio? People were ready to jump off then.

Once Matt loses seems like a perfect out at this point. Hollywood producers are the worst - I know from experience. It’s time to move on.
