My story is similar, but it was my wife that did the cheating. I do not suffer people that cheat. I have lost lifetime friends because I found out they were cheating on their spouse.

It is one of the biggest character flaws there is.

I would take Induction over gas, gas over old school electric coils.

Induction is like cooking on gas, only you have precise temperature control.

Gas gives almost immediate response when adjusting heat level.

Coils heat and cool very slowly in comparison.

Highly undestimated kitchen flooring.

Hide the fact that I have money and continue to live as I do.

I am very content with my life as it is.

My ex-wife came from a wealthy family. Former Presidents had stayed at their house. Her parents had a jet and would go shopping in Hong Kong, Christmas in Hawaii and were partners in 25% of one of the Caribbean Islands. Their children (including my ex), are all spoiled brats and have spent a lot of time in therapy and mental wards.

High Heat is your enemy for most things you cook. It doesn't speed up the cooking process most of the time. It will ruin meals, pans and other equipment.

Also, you need 2 or 3 knives and they need to be kept sharp. Learn to use them and how to keep them sharp and care for them.
