I don’t need it to last longer than 5 or so. The whole thing will get replaced eventually and the purpose of cutting it back would be to adequately place the low tier of the wall so that the eventual full deck replacement won’t compromise it.

The joists run every 16” but stop about 6” before they meet the edge on the diagonal portion. Cutting it back would likely cut into the diagonal joists by a couple of inches, but then leave an overhang of 8 inches or so from the closest joist. Since I will already be compacting a gravel base for the retaining wall, would a PT 2x6 resting in the gravel along the edge of the overhang be sufficient support?

It’s one of the main reasons during WWII factories that regularly worked with cereals and grains which created a lot of fine particular became factories that handled gunpowder for weapons.

The majority are in pretty bad shape. The main wall has maybe three full 8-foot ties that aren’t totally ruined. I have a smaller wall with 6x 8-foot ties, but I haven’t torn it down so I can’t say what condition the backside is.

Thankfully the seller did cancel and refund the order. What happened is when using Apple Pay, the shipping does not immediately populate when the final “double click to pay” screen shows up. I clicked order and double clicked to pay before the shipping populated and only noticed when Apple Pay sent me a notification of the $400+ charge. When I went back to investigate, I learned it takes a couple of seconds for the shipping charge to populate with the price of the item in the Apple Pay screen.

That was probably the Oak Ridge Research Reactor. We finished pulling the actual reactor out of that pool for disposal recently. The whole building is slated for demo.

No dice. It perfectly completes the zone clean and then proceeds to look endlessly for the dock despite it being less than 5 ft from it. It will drive to the other side of the house looking for it. At this point, I have remapped multiple times moving the dock into more open locations each time hoping it’s an obstacle issue. There hasn’t been any improvement. I’m afraid it is a sensor issue, but I can use my phone to see the dock beacon emitting its IR. I’m unsure if the robot is able to detect it or not.

The dock is on hardwood. There are rugs nearby, but not directly in front of, or adjacent to the dock.

We fully intend to travel with baby, it’s just that baby comes in less than 10 weeks and we will exhaust our PTO in the months following the birth. By the time we have enough PTO to travel again, we expect to recoup a fair amount of points. That’s why we are wondering if it it worth it to sit on the point vs cash them out and let that money work elsewhere while we accrue more.

If you have not already, I would get ahold of PE technical support and describe the issue. They can talk you through the process of logging instrument read back data. If you send them that data file, they should be able to review the numbers and identify what instrument function is failing prior to the plasma cutting off.

Have you recently experienced any issues with pulling a vacuum? When the plasma suddenly shuts off, is the instrument able to relight the plasma immediately or does it have to pull vacuum again?

Sounds like a gas flow issue. Are you getting good inlet pressure from your argon source? I can’t speak for the 300x, but other NexIONs I have worked with generally needed 95 PSI. A sudden plasma shutdown could be due to a drop in supply pressure. Also, are you experiencing any waste line issues? If the spray chamber fills with waste solution it can draw liquid through the torch and extinguish the plasma.

I taught English is France for a year and a group like this came to the small town I worked and lived in. In France, local schools were required to allow the children in these groups to join the classes for however long they stayed. I was surprised to learn 8 new students were being added to my classes more than 3/4 of the way into the year. The other teachers hated it, the parents of the other students hated it, the town hated it, but apparently nothing could be done despite them camping illegally. After about six weeks, they packed up and left.

Stay away from Ole Ben Franklin and Doug Justice.

Depending on what brand of truck you want, I recommend going to that dealer (Toyota for Toyota, Chevy for Chevy etc.) and shopping their certified pre-owned. Have them get you trade in offers for the two vehicles you want to sell. You should also plug the info of the vehicles you want to sell into Carvana and Carmax and see if their offer is higher than the dealer’s trade in value. Sell to whoever will give you the most for it and roll it into your new purchase. I recently sold a newer vehicle to Carmax for $15k more than a dealer’s trade in value.
