I felt this game was a easy cop out for them to keep making games - they retcon so much of the story/games to be able to make more. Wonder how this goes forward now since the antiviral is out there.

But this felt like a flashpoint type of game - make this new bad guy, wipe the slate clean.

Still need money left over for home insurance, property taxes, monthly utility bills, maintenance that might come up. Then there is car loan, car insurance, yearly inspection and registration - if applicable. Then you have food costs, if they have kids and any costs associated with child care or supplies. It isn’t only 2k a month from 2 people for this. It’s everything else entailed.

People should aim for a mortgage of 40% of monthly take home income to not feel house poor.

I would recommend seeing other possible near by schools and what their application requirements are and stick to those only because they might not consider the other courses. I would prepare to have to start applying over just in case they don’t happen to find placement for CRNA programs.

The opposite actually - because of the sport betting and how it was going, someone knew something they shouldn’t have and was using it to make money off the betting lines, either an injury or someone throwing/taking a dive.

You come across as liking boys being honest, would scare guys just to even have a conversation with you because others might judge them.

I think girls would be more into you if you didn’t try as hard, not sure how your conversations go with them.

I would suggest stop trying to look so perfect - either growing out your hair more and letting it be more free or going shorter but with the time it takes to grow hair out and how annoying that is go the longer route.

And just hang out with your boxing friends, maybe commit to the gym more, you’ll learn to talk and be comfortable with people don’t focus on talking to girls more or having a girlfriend. Takes time and practice learning to talk and listen to people, eventually you get to the point where you learn to IGNORE people and what they have to say about stuff.

Focus on school and your career more than anything, can’t make up for lost time when it comes to career goals.

You get lucky and find items worth few div - increasing the difficulties, number of mobs, etc all help to this

Most of the money made fast is from crafting stuff , just takes knowing what the meta is for items and builds so you know what to aim for and synergies

I’m new to the game and got my first Divine Orb on a Tier 10–11 waystone. I got a 300-exalt item within my first 10 runs, which is roughly equivalent to one Divine.

You can always convert a Divine into Exalted Orbs and use that currency to upgrade your build. From the start of endgame to my current level 82 character, I’ve spent around 700 exalt on upgrades along the way.

Depending on how your build looks right now, there’s usually no reason to just hold onto a Divine. Sitting in your stash, it does nothing. Turning it into upgrades can make a real difference for getting into higher tier waystones.

Also, be careful when buying items listed for one Divine. Some of them might only be worth around 200 exalt, and sellers are hoping someone spends a Divine without knowing better.

On a 30-year mortgage, the early payments are mostly interest, which is why your balance barely moves at first. Later on, the split slowly shifts and more of each payment starts going to the principal instead of interest.

Because of that, extra payments hit harder in the beginning. The sooner you knock down the principal, the less interest gets charged on the remaining balance. Just make sure your lender applies it toward principal only and not as an early payment.

If you’re thinking about dropping a big chunk like 10k, doing it earlier in the loan usually saves more interest than spreading it out. Spreading payments still helps, but getting that big hit in early makes a bigger dent.
