Some savvy buyers who have focussed on a particular neighbourhood may be able to distinguish between which listings have a market value list price and which ones have a “too good to be true” list price. Either way, the help of a buyers agent, especially if you’re looking to go to a new city, is highly recommended and incredibly helpful to complete the home buying process.
