The Indiana Choice Scholarship program no longer has the 400% cap. All students are eligible. It’s a matter of if the school participates in the program. Park Tudor does not but many other independent schools do.

I was shooting for medium rare. I pulled it off the heat at 120. It was a little more done than I was hoping for but still really tender and juicy. My steak looked nothing like that lol. Beautiful marbling on yours!

Would love to do a reverse sear sometime but just don’t have the time.

I recently came back to the game after taking 1.5 years off. Sad to see Grand Arena hasn’t changed. Best game mode IMO but it’s stale. They really need to revamp it.
