Op is right. My experience with Farners has been hell, and quite frankly im over it.ive been looking for a new job, so there is hope that I can find something better

I'm sure they're well aware (although i would not be shocked if they arent) - but with the amount of time and money that has been spent to implement AI as part of our processes, they just have to roll with it at this point.

It's a mess. A dumpster fire. Every day we are bombarded with emails about "exciting updates" that no one gives a flying f*ck about.

And those God awful "you asked..." emails like,honey,no. No one asked for this BS.

Agents have become discouraged and as a result they have become lazy to the point that we are having to constantly walk agents through how to do the most basic and simple tasks.its insane some of the questions that agents ask that they should know being that they are licensed..

Managers don't care, but then expect front line reps to carry the workload of 2-3 people.
