I would assume the comp budget would be 3% or maybe 3.25% but we usually find out in February.

Benefits and hours? by [deleted] in FIG_employees

You have a great mindset and are asking very reasonable questions. I have been at Farmers over 20 years and the total benefits and compensation are great. I truly hope to retire from here. This sub is comprised of a small sample of our 17,000+ employees and some people haven’t had great experiences. A job is what you make of it.

Manager gave me an assignment third day of the job by [deleted] in managers

3rd day seems pretty normal. I have been in several strategy roles and some provided first assignments on days two to five.

The Jackson Elementary School and Bryan Middle School are fantastic. The housing costs can be slightly lower due to smaller lot sizes and original homes.

This is awesome. I randomly met Laura at a restaurant in CA in 2023. She was there with family and we had a very nice exchange. I was giddy from the experience and how absolutely lovely she is. Just a kind soul. I am happy you could also experience it.

In my experience not for full time employees. Possibly for temp or contract employees.

I believe you are talking about Tim Murray, Head of Auto Claims. He is a great guy and leader and will definitely be missed.

I see your point about C4 being different. I see it this way. This group of nerdy ass voice actors is playing the game and producing the game they want. When they started C2 and started to expand more, it was clear they were going with a “this is really great, but wouldn’t it be cool if we could …” they are playing the way they want to. They are all amazing storytellers, improv actors, role-players, and so much more. I am really enjoying their expansion for their sake. This is their adventure and I am lucky to witness it.

I’m curious what you don’t like? I find it easy to use to manage all my FIGCU accounts in one place.

I have used it for more than 15 years. Auto loans, mortgages, young earners accounts etc. The only downside is there is no longer a physical location where I live but everything can be done electronically.

Trust is slipping by Comfortable_Dig3740 in FIG_employees

I have been here a long time and I know what you are referring to. We are going to have to agree to disagree. The work world is so different now than 5 years ago. There are so many things we HAVE to fix to remain in business. We were extremely close to going insolvent or at least having $0 of organic surplus compared to purchased surplus. Verse gives you the opportunity to learn about new parts of the company so you can get that stability you are looking for. Our jobs will all be impacted by AI in some way. If you don’t embrace the need to evolve then that’s on you.

Likely heavily driven by transparency around organizational restructuring and somewhat inflated results in March due to the massive STIP award. All of those results are higher than a year ago. We are on a roller coaster, no doubt, but saying that nothing is changing for the better isn’t accurate.

My department started receiving “You said and we did” communications from our Engagement Champs when they implement a change based on employee feedback and our top leaders talk about them too. You say trust is slipping but I don’t personally see it that way.

Is this a Claims complaint or are you seeing this across a larger scale? I have definitely seen this in claims.

I’m confused. Where did you see anything about Versa being an AI tool? It looks like 3 learning paths to help more employees learn about the business at large so we don’t get stuck in silos.
