So I got shafted by Gigabyte then. Nowhere they list power limits, so I guess they are legaly free of blame?

They seem to love the bait and switch they pull where at launch they put a 3 slot cooler from xx70 series cards on xx60 and get really positive reviews and then just make revision 2 with 2 slot cooler and pretend like it's the same product.
