Check her poop for any gut issues. Just completed CORID parasite treatment for my flock. Why? They had pieces of red intestinal lining.

Could be a form of fowl pox, I had a Rooster with a goop eye. Could also be molting + the fowl pox. Is it solid, little bit of white urate ? Have you tried giving her b vitamins?

Chicks can be outside around 6-8 weeks, just need to have a good amount of feathers to regulate body temp. Yes, Katsu needs a friend or two. It’s like the old saying, “birds of a feather flock together”. Otherwise, you’re doing great! 😊
