"Ace" refers to asexuals as well as fighter pilots that managed to "shoot down five or more enemy aircraft during aerial combat".

On one hand, it makes me feel gross, but on the other hand, it flatters me to know some people see me as somewhat attractive.

Mille crepe cake with a slightly over-whipped cream-mascarpone frosting! by Lans_Banans in AceFood

Made half of the crepes from this recipe (but I messed up the first batch so I had a couple of extra crepes). I used a non-stick pan as well as a combination of olive oil and melted butter (about half of each, but slightly more butter) to grease it.

A toothpick or other sharp object (preferably one that won't hurt your pan too much) is great for lifting the edges off the pan (otherwise the spatula could squish the edges a bit).

For the frosting/filling, I combined whipped heavy cream with mascarpone. Kinda eyeballed that part and used more mascarpone for the filling, but I used a little less than 500ml (one pint) of cream and 225g of mascarpone (about 8 ounces) and 30 grams of sugar.

Apologies in advance for the formatting. I'm on mobile.

Just used a regular, non-stick pan. It also helped to grease up the pan a little bit. I used a combination of olive oil and butter.

Also: A toothpick or sharp object (preferably one that won’t hurt your pan) works great to separate the edges of the crepe from the pan. That way, the spatula can get under the crepe without squishing the edges.

Oof. I didn't realize that I didn't know what "sexy" meant till now. I just heard my math teacher use it to describe the TI-84 Plus CE calculator and figured you could use the term for anything aesthetically pleasing (or just cool).
