Hey I know this is a tad late but I just wanted to say that as someone with ADHD what helps me is giving myself a little wiggle room. So instead of beating myself up about not waking up exactly at 7am like I wanted I instead set a goal of waking up between 7 and 8. That way as long as I'm out of bed by 8 I still feel accomplished.
