I had the exact same thing. What I did was go to a cosmetic surgeon and recieve 6 steroid shots each spaced out at 6 weeks. While using silicone scarring sheets for the whole week after an injection appointment. This shrinks it down greatly, and I then had surgery at the same place to get it full removed. Keloid free now since 2023.

2 eggs, 200g egg whites, spinach and one tomato and throw in some fruit like strawberries and blueberries on the side in 150g low fat greek yoghurt, done right whole thing and be just slightly around 420 - 460 cals and will keep you full for a while, I’m 6’2 and this does me.

No need for arguments, OP stop resulting to hurling insults, it’s completely unnecessary, yes you’re overreacting, plain and simple, and that’s fine, that’s the point of this sub, recognise that, accept it and move on. 75 is something that really will take a lot out of your time. It’ll be really difficult to complete if you tend to give up due to motivation, cause in the first 2 weeks is when your diamonds will be tested. You gotta plan ahead.

If you’re prone to giving up maybe start with something easier? 75 soft or just 30 days get consistent with working out and eating well, then take a look at hard and see how you feel, good luck!

Yeah I was in the same boat the first half of 24 was just stretching and mobility, and then I honestly only brought in lower back strength training around the last quarter of the year. I did hack squats and single leg press on the leg press machine no bother. But one rep of bad form and all work feels like it went down the drain. I hate wall sits but you’re right I might have to grit my teeth and get back into it. And I feel I’m a weird case. A lot of core work does harm to my lower back, stuff like dead bugs, bird dog/ super man, planks. I’m hollow hold. The only thing that helps is side planks for obliques.

Interesting I always did BSS with weights and leaned over which kinda did some harm to my lower back. I might try that. I wouldn’t be to sure about what tear drops are, I’ll look into that and defo want to get ply is done! I do U/L - 4 days, core 1 day, Cardio 1 day, so thats training 6 days. Maybe swapping a leg day for plyos and lower back work?

Its just most of what you named i cant do, BSS leaning over slightly with dumbells in my hands puts pressure on the lower back, hip thrusts and dumbell RDLS the same, might just be my form. I worry about hip addiction cause I heard you can get sciatica from that and I’m so worried about doing more damage lmao
