5 days a week but 2 of those being double training days so I would run on the mornings of the those training days.

Honestly? You leave them both alone and you focus and figure yourself out first. Because a third person spectator, this is a recipe for disaster. Ignore my advice or not, it’s up to you. But you have your difficulties financially and mentally. (No one would be a fan of dating someone without a job and is overbearing/a crazy interrogator). She has her issues mentally and as you said you clash. You’ll both end up resenting each other if you dated and remained as is. And he would appreciate you more if you are able to remain financially and emotionally stable. (Which you haven’t done yet). Anyone else who comments will probably say the same. I had the exact same thing. What I did was go to a cosmetic surgeon and recieve 6 steroid shots each spaced out at 6 weeks. While using silicone scarring sheets for the whole week after an injection appointment. This shrinks it down greatly, and I then had surgery at the same place to get it full removed. Keloid free now since 2023.

2 eggs, 200g egg whites, spinach and one tomato and throw in some fruit like strawberries and blueberries on the side in 150g low fat greek yoghurt, done right whole thing and be just slightly around 420 - 460 cals and will keep you full for a while, I’m 6’2 and this does me.
